I’d like to introduce you to another blog, one introduced to me by my dear friend Lynne. It is called Photo Dilettante, and I really love it.
MLE is an amateur photographer who has vowed to post a new photo to her blog every day. She’s doing really well so far (better than most of the bloggers I check in on Every Day (and Yes, I am talking to You. Update Your Blog, for crying out loud!)), and I think that’s Saying Something, as she has first to Take the picture, then Choose (and sometimes format) the picture, then Upload the picture to her computer and then Upload the picture to the post.
I appreciate her efforts.
I really do. I have found, in recent days, that visiting this blog makes me sit silently for a few rare, unhurried moments. It has the same effect as turning off the television, or smoothing a bedsheet, or spotting a dragonfly. MLE’s blog is lovely as the loveliest still life.
