The Swiss Missus and the Swiss Misses. We Misses them already. Julia (in white) is 13 now. We met her when she turned three.

Many years ago when Livia (in red) was five, she took a phone call and, when asked if her mother was home, responded, “She’s downstairs with our Americans… do YOU have Americans?” I think that’s funny.

Thomas promised to teach Everett to snowboard soon. He failed with me, perhaps Everett will do better.

GUEST BLOGGER!!!! WHAT??? At least you identified yourself otherwise I would have just thought Rebecca was being aloof. And I must let you know that I feel joy and resentment equally as I look at your pictures. Joy that you are having such a great time with your hosts and resentment that there is so much beautiful snow. Ah but that is right I have decided to forget winter and embrace Spring. And I would have succeeded in doing so if it weren’t for your constant pictures of the BLESSED SNOW!!!!! Carry on.

I know, I know. Isn’t it crazy? And they said they don’t usually have this much snow in March. But they have tons of it now. Literally tons. I’ll write more about that later.Meanwhile I will just say that I loved the snow, every, every minute.
