About a month ago I let someone with more wisdom than I (she did have a license after all) cut my hair. And cut and cut and cut. I was left with what I thought was a very curly mullet. Short and choppy on the top and really long in the back and as curly as it is I thought it looked weird. I then flew across the country to see 14 girls I hadn't seen in 17 years. It seemed like a good idea to get my hair done right before I went. Not so. Everyone around me assured me it was fine but I was still not so sure. I invested in a wide assortment of headbands. Like bangs, those are making a comeback too. :)</></>Now that it's been a few weeks it's long enough to tuck behind my ears again it looks totally normal. The pic from my reunion on my blog was 1 week after and you can see it looks totally fine. Not mullet-like at all. It just took some getting used to.
