Here it is:&lt;/&gt;&lt;/&gt;epagomenal (from Greek epagomental or &#039;added&#039;) days: the five days added on to the Egyptian year of twelve months of thirty days to bring it up to 365 days . (The five days of the birth of the gods Osiris, Isis, Horus the Elder, Set(Nebti) and NebtHet). These five extra days represented as &quot;gods&quot; were non-days. They were added each year to the calendar to eliminate chaos and restore Maat - the synchronization of earth time with solar time.]]></description>
