Well, many years go, when I was 'young', I enjoyed listening to the radio. Specifically radio shows...a bit like TV shows without the picture. Anyhow, one I liked was The Bing Crosby Show. Each year on his birthday, he would say he was 39! It apparently was a joke. I didn't get it because I didn't understand that one used to say that they were 39 when they were much older. But to me, 39 was rather quite old!! So why say you are 39 if you are trying to seem young? Now at 68 I certainly understand.</></>Happy 37th, Rebecca!!!</>Dad

Ok you are not old. Old is Eric's Grandmother who just turned 90 on Saturday and said that she hopes she does not last to 100 because each year life just gets harder to live... she told me to remember she had said this when I turned 90 and I replied that my genes were not that great so the probability of me reaching 90 was slim...</></>But you are not young either. Young is when you can stay up all night for consecutive nights and not ever feel tired. Young is having a taut body without having to exercise. Young is wasting your time doing silly things because you believe you will always have the same energy and the same expendable time. </></>What you are is in transition. You are transitioning out of youth and into being old. But don't fret you have at least another 37 years before your transition will be close to completion. </></>and I am pretty sure your prime will be in your late Forties to late fifties... at least that is the rumor on the street.

I am sick that I failed to speak with you on your birthday!! I'm so glad my husband wished you well in my stead. I have a myriad of excuses, including a cold of my own which has caused me to sound like a heavy smoker, and two extra young children in my house for several days. These notwithstanding, I am sorry to have missed your actual occassion. All the more reason to make a birthday week of it! :-) Looking forward to talking to you soon and telling you that you are definitely in your prime now!!
