My kids however, just yell out (insert proper color here) BUG CAR!!! There is no hitting. Instead Olivia has divided the colors in to boy and girl colors and she announces to us who gets credit for which car and which part. Like this:YELLOW BUG CAR! I get the front and momma gets that back. Sorry Jack and Daddy maybe the next one will be for you.

All others in the car have to the count of ten to also sight it and call out the color. I have been the victim of what must be extremely fast VWs… I often do not see them anywhere.There is another car game played in my vehicle involving sighting of yellow cars, called “bee sting”, but the rules as they have been stated to me are so variable (all I know is that a yellow Hummer is an automatic win) that I cannot keep them straight… perhaps this sort of thing is best left to boys.
