Oh Rebecca, what to say? It makes me sad and angry to know that this happened to you and to your family and to your sweet neighborhood. I know that you will heal and your family will heal and your sweet neighborhood will heal and yet I fear there will be a lot of hurting before that all happens and I ache for you because of that. But God is good and God is great and He does have a plan. HE DOES HAVE A PLAN. He does.
