Poor William. I am very sorry that it is his favorite breakfast and he can not even eat it. Of course I will need to talk to him about this. There are many many things that are far far better than a poached egg for breakfast. Say Peanut Butter Cap'n Cruch. Or chocolate chip pancakes. or warm krispy kreme donuts. Ok I will leave him alone and let him continue to think that this is his favorite. And I probably should not say anything about poached eggs since I have never eaten one. But I am impressed not only by your ability to poach and egg but also being able to save it AND reheat it later.<br />Very nice indeed.
